Security Service Proposal

We will patrol a minimum of four to twelve locations within a forty square mile radius of the original site, four times a night, seven days a week.  These comprehensive patrols will be conducted within the hours of 10 pm to 6 am in the morning which is the time law enforcement authorities record the highest crime rate of vandalism, break-ins and thefts. 

Each property site with security patrol protection will be at the discounted rate of $350.00 per week.  The regular rate is $500.00 per week.  This is a savings of $600.00 per month. 

Team Security will patrol and secure any other locations you may have outside the forty square mile radius from the original site for a discounted rate of $400 per site.

Also, standing guard service is normally billed at $13.90/hour; our rate to your company with weekly billing will be $11.90 hourly.  Moreover, we can supply you with all the emergency supplies you need for your entire staff, from first aid kits to emergency disaster equipment, for natural disasters or terrorist attacks.

Security Resident Proposal

We would like to provide security guard service for all of your property locations whether residents, office buildings, or warehouses.  Team Security would like to set up our company’s operations within your facilities, for example, by moving into the new Pasadena Apartment Complex which is located on 22 W. Green Street.  We would set up our operations within that facility and provide security and service for that facility. 

All of the tenants within that building could come to our office set up and receive all the security and maintenance help they needed 24 hours a day.  This will be a base location for us so we not just do service for this complex but facilitate all the other properties you have throughout Southern California. 

This security arrangement will benefit your corporation, all of your tenants (giving them peace of mind), as well as Team Security, giving us a base of operations to serve all of your security and maintenance needs and do it more efficiently.  Other locations can also be established, of which Team Security will lease from you, hopefully at a discounted rate, to expand your protection and maintenance.  Whether we lease from you at a discounted rate or full price, you will still receive maximum protection and care.
